Rebecca holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Barry University and is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). She provides solution-focused short and long term therapy, customizing therapy based on the client’s needs. Working as a therapist at dual diagnosis treatment centers since 2007, she has experience in treating addiction and dual diagnosis. She is also a Certified Associate Practitioner in Clinical Hypnosis & Rapid Trauma Resolution.
Rebecca specializes in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the only scientifically proven non-drug insomnia treatment. Having completed training with Dr. Gregg Jacobs of the Harvard Medical School, she teaches patients to conquer insomnia through increased relaxation and other sleep techniques. Unlike sleeping pills, CBT-I is a natural insomnia remedy that has no side effects. CBT-I is recommended by Dr. Oz, Good Housekeeping, and as a selected resource by Harvard Women’s Health Watch.
