Rebecca specializes in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the only scientifically proven non-drug insomnia treatment. Having completed training with Dr. Gregg Jacobs of the Harvard Medical School, she teaches patients to conquer insomnia through increased relaxation and other sleep techniques. Unlike sleeping pills, CBT-I is a natural insomnia remedy that has no side effects. CBT-I is recommended by Dr. Oz, Good Housekeeping, and as a selected resource by Harvard Women’s Health Watch.
Rebecca is based in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, Florida, but also does virtual sessions.
