Rebecca Ginder Introduces Non-Drug Insomnia Therapy with the Launch of a New Website

Delray Beach, Fla. – Rebecca Ginder, LCSW announced that she is offering a scientifically proven non-drug insomnia treatment. Having completed training with Dr. Gregg Jacobs of the Harvard Medical School, Ginder teaches patients to conquer insomnia by modifying thoughts and behaviors associated with sleeping. Unlike most sleep help programs, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) teaches the patient how to stop insomnia.
