Delray Beach, Fla. – Rebecca Ginder, LCSW announced that she is offering a scientifically proven non-drug insomnia treatment. Having completed training with Dr. Gregg Jacobs of the Harvard Medical School, Ginder teaches patients to conquer insomnia by modifying thoughts and behaviors associated with sleeping.
